Autoplot v2023a_12 is available

I've updated the production release of Autoplot.  This version has a
bugfixes like:

* the Jython editor shows the location of a syntax error again.
* copy and paste plots via clipboard gets the x-axis wrong.
* fix annotation when pointAt is used anchored to the pointAt location,
ignoring the xrange, yrange box.
* DMG version is based Java 8 now, fixing a number of broken features
caused by Java 17.

and new features like:

* initial support for Das2Server parameters GUI
* more control for CONTEXT macro, like %{CONTEXT,format=$H:$M} to
display only the time of day, and %{CONTEXT,format=%.3f} to control
formatting.
* export to IDLSav has append=T so you can export multiple things to a
file, and supports 1, 2, 3 and 4-index data.
