Autoplot production release v2026a_5

I've updated the production release of Autoplot.  This version
introduces a full reset, where shift+reset will return Autoplot to its
original state, removing added mouse actions, tabs, and additional
panels.  Also, the metadata tab will reopen to the same point as
different datasets are selected, making it easier to compare metadata. 
There are a bunch of minor bugfixes too, for example:

* 2831: Jython trace mode supports triple-quoted multi-line strings.
* 2833: Don't put the axis tab in a scroll pane, since long titles would
enlarge the GUI within the view port.
* 2841: starting a second Autoplot instance could result in the wrong
vap being submitted for runtime errors.
