Sort by date thumbed up or down

I think it would be a great addition, to be able to create automatic playlists out of songs you had recently thumbed up or down.

Me too! Unfortunately, Google doesn't seem to store it. The best we get is one timestamp for the last time any piece of metadata changed.

I'll keep an eye out and let you know if that changes, though.
