Error updating repo....

On pressing the Update Repos now button I get: ERROR: git execution failed with error code 2: No such file or directory
Any ideas? The only repo with a green light next to it is the main one - all others have no light at all!

Hi Nick,
What happens when you run the equivalent command in the Terminal:
autopkg repo-update all
If the main "recipes" repository has somehow gotten out of sync or is giving you errors, it may be simplest to just remove it and re-add it. You can do that in AutoPkgr by unchecking/rechecking the box for the "recipes" repo, or in Terminal by
running these commands:
autopkg repo-delete recipes; autopkg repo-add recipes

Running the second command gives the below, but the errors still occur when I subsequently click Update Repos Now in autopkgr.
If I uncheck one of the repos that has no green light, it cannot be removed as it cannot be found, and is not in /Users/Shared/munki_repo/
Seems the repo list is well messed up; how to get this back to normal??:

I ran
defaults delete com.github.autopkg
And re-added the repos; all now seems well, but I am concerned that I do not have a scooby what I am really doing here!!

Hi Nick,
Glad that solved the repo update error for you!
Based on sections of your log output...
Adding /Users/Shared/munki_repo/com.github.autopkg.recipes to RECIPE_SEARCH_DIRS...
...it seems like your recipe repositories are being stored directly in your Munki repo. It's possible that that might cause you problems in the future. At the very least, it's confusing. AutoPkg recipe repos are usually stored at ~/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeRepos,
and that's where I'd suggest leaving them unless you've got a compelling reason to do otherwise.
