So I have been working on trying to complete uninstall AutoPkg and AutoPkgr in order to do clean install.

So far I have found the following folders/files.

/Library/AutoPkg

/Library/AutoPkg/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.helper.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.github.autopkg.autopkginstalld.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.github.autopkg.autopkgserver.plist

~/Library/Application\ Support/AutoPkgr

~/Library/Preferences/com.github.autopkg.plist

~/Library/Preferences/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.launcher.plist

The issue that I am having is that the Notifications section of AutoPkgr after reinstall still shows the information I previously had there, I do not know where it is stored. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Joshua,

You might need to remove these two as well:
  • ~/Library/Keychains/AutoPkgr.keychain-db
  • /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.helper
Note: AutoPkgr does have an uninstall feature. Hold Option while clicking the AutoPkgr suitcase icon in the menu bar, then click Uninstall.

Thanks,

Elliot

So I was told on the Slack Channel (@ElliotJordan) that if you hold Option while right clicking the AutoPkgr icon in the Menu bar it will give you option to uninstall (keep the preference files).

There are also two other files.

• ~/Library/Keychains/AutoPkgr.keychain (and .keychain-db)
• /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.helper

So cumulatively they are.

/Library/AutoPkg

/Library/AutoPkg/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.helper.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.github.autopkg.autopkginstalld.plist

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.github.autopkg.autopkgserver.plist

~/Library/Application\ Support/AutoPkgr

~/Library/Preferences/com.github.autopkg.plist

~/Library/Preferences/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.launcher.plist

~/Library/Keychains/AutoPkgr.keychain

/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.lindegroup.AutoPkgr.helper
