Can't See Munki Tools

Hello All, I'm very new to the AutoPkgr/Munki world, but I had the beginnings of everything up and running, however about a week ago Autopkgr stopped seeing MunkiTools as being installed, tried manually reinstalling but Autopkgr still shows Munki tools as a grey dot. Am I missing something obvious? Worst case scenario I'll just uninstall/reinstall the lot of it to see if that makes any difference. Thanks for any help.
