AutoPkg 2.8.1 RC3 now available

AutoPkg 2.8.1 pre-release is now available as a package:

https://github.com/autopkg/autopkg/releases/tag/v2.8.1RC3

This fixes the reported issues with the recipe map not building correctly when adding or removing repos, and being unable to add or remove repos if you did not have RECIPE_SEARCH_DIRS in the preferences.

Please test and provide feedback, either here or in Slack, on whether this breaks any of your existing flows or behaves unexpectedly.
