I have a permissions error when i try to update or remove a Repo or Recipe:

I have just installed munki-in-the-box.. there is an issue with Autopkgr and I have an error when i try to update or remove a Repo or Recipe:

im running OS X 10.10.4 (Build 14E46) and Server 4.1.3 (Build 14S1127)

I if i click on a couple of options, I get these messages:

ERROR: error: cannot open .git/FETCH_HEAD: Permission denied

ERROR: fatal: could not create work tree dir '/Users/justin/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeRepos/com.github.autopkg.keeleysam-recipes'.: Permission denied

ERROR: Could not remove /Users/justin/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeRepos/com.github.autopkg.jleggat-recipes: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/Users/justin/Library/AutoPkg/RecipeRepos/com.github.autopkg.jleggat-recipes/.git/branches'

it has installed AutoPkg 0.5.0, Git 2.3.2 and Munki tools 2.3.0.2524 all lights are green

github is setup correctly and working.

Which has the unfortunate side-effect of running autopkg as _root_.

Fix the ownership of ~/LibraryAutoPkg and all sub-directories:

sudo chown -R <yourusername> ~/LibraryAutoPkg

thanks really lots and for quick reply, i been stuck on this for a day+, its now sorted..

I am experimenting from home on my old iMac, hence running as root.. have a great day..
