Hello,

I'm getting an error when running my override for com.github.autopkg.munki.Evernote.

Full error: 

Error in local.munki.Evernote: Processor: SparkleUpdateInfoProvider: Error: Error parsing XML from appcast feed.

The results from "curl https://update.evernote.com/public/ENMacSMD/EvernoteMacUpdate.xml" look normal to me.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot an issue like this? Could it be a proxy issue? :(

I occasionally see the same thing, too - usually, running the same recipes the next day will work.

Are you seeing this error consistently?  If so, try running it with -v at the end (like in Tim’s example) to see if you can get a more detailed message.

If you have a proxy, that can certainly be an issue. You seem to see this intermittently. For what it's worth, AutoPkg's URLDownload, URLTextSearcher and SparkleUpdateInfoProvider processors all use curl as well.

Figured this one out. Somehow the Appcast URL was in my override and it was not correct. I deleted it from the override and now it is working fine.

Not sure why it was in there.
