AutoPkg 2.4.1 released with Apple Silicon importing support

The main feature here is that MunkiImporter now allows importing of Universal versions of software that already exists as Intel-only in the Munki repo.

- Prevent MunkiImporter duplicating imports when multiple architectures. This now lets MunkiImporter correctly support Apple Silicon/Universal versions of existing software in the repo. [#781](https://github.com/autopkg/autopkg/pull/781)
