Moving discussions to github!

GitHub recently released a discussion board feature for repositories, so let's move this over there to integrate better with the code/etc. This db is ok but it doesn't have syntax highlighting, it's not mobile-friendly, and you can't edit messages (???), so continuity be damned let's get over there:
