Trouble with installing ePMV into Cinema 4D R17

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I am having trouble installing the ePMV plugin into Cinema 4D R17. I am using the Student/Teacher version of this software. I am not sure if this is the problem. I have followed the instruction set several times now to no avail. After extracting the two folders, 'ePMV' and 'upy_autoPack' into the Preferences plugin folder, the ePMV does not show in the 'Plugins' drop down menu when Cinema is subsequently initialised. Can anyone help me please?

Hi,

are you using windows or Mac ? I will have to check the distribution for R17 which use python2.7 whlie R16 and previous version were using python 2.6

This issue have been fixed. Apparantly some R17 version still come with python version 2.6. In that case the plugin for R16 need to be installed.

Just had the same issue. Now it works on C4D V17 when I installed the plugin for C4D V16.
