autoPACK development

Hi Everyone,

   We've been working hard to add some features and to stabilize autoPACK and cellPACK.  Over the next few weeks, we will start working on some proper documentation that will provide instructions for use, explanations of the features, and a more thorough API for development.  We are also moving the code to Git to allowother developers to branch and push code.

I know you and Ludovic must hear this a lot, but these tools are an incredible gift you have given the illustration and research communities. Especially to those of us who began our careers drawing molecules in charcoal on cave walls. 

It's an amazing contribution.
