Synaptic Vesicle model

I am trying to generate synaptic vesicle model with autopack but it seems like the git repository does not have the necessary files for that. Can I find it somewhere else or import it manually?

I don't think we released the synaptic vesicle since the different ingredients were coming from another lab and we didn't have the copyright on them. 

if you have the pdb files or geometry of the proteins you want to distribute in your vesicle I can guide you through building your own recipe.
