The roles which i have played as senior test engineer is : RTM,Eestimation ,test designing,execution,support to my junior colleague's,Review of test cases,Test planning and strategies right from base line version to final version,daily status reporting and monthly status reporting,defect reporting to development team,quarterly status report preparation in power point and the presenting with reason why there was delay to client through web ex ,Down time preparation both for client side and our side,
Best practices after every drop to make good quality application,mentoring and presenting automation i.e QTP and HPQC works,Framework designing(Keyword and data driven),Delivery reporting to client for closure of project and customer satisfaction report to ensure where we are lagging.
Tools Used :- QTP 9.2,QTP 9.5,QTP 10.0,HPQC 10,HPQC 9.2
Productivity :- segregating test cases which can be automated and manually tested in separate excel file.Idea behind this is that to finish the execution before time or with in time also suggesting client how better the application GUI can be interactive with customer.
Having good knowledge of issuer and acquirer relationship for any card company.
