Automatic Application Licensing is an awesome tool, but it's in its
infancy. We've got some cool plans including:
- Ability for developer to grant time-limited licenses (without the
nag) to facilitate the "part-time pirate" or someone that claims that
they just want to evaluate the product for longer than 24 hours.
- Ability to turn off specific versions of an application. This will
allow devs to disable versions of an app that make their way onto
pirate sites, and force upgrades.
- Delivery of stack traces. Everyone forgets to do this. It's an
easy add-on.
We're very interested to hear ideas and critique for the many of you
that have downloaded AAL and begun to evaluate it!
