Aronson's tssb software

Has anyone used this software? It is free.

I will download it soon and work with it. If I can get something worth mentioning I will.

I have downloaded TSSB and have bought their book "Statistically Sound Machine Learning for Algorithmic Trading of Financial Instruments Developing Predictive-Model-Based Trading Systems Using TSSB."  The authors are very good at what they do with outstanding credentials. That being said, I found the material "way over my head" and would have wished for a training session (weekend) to get me over the hump, so to speak. I was just spending too much time trying to learn TSSB and it took away from my other trading activities.

I would suggest that you download it and make it a study. I believe there is merit in TSSB. Possibility with a number of people on this forum using the product we can help each other?

Thanks for the suggestions. I downloaded and started looking at it. I will respond with my initial comments.

I am still trying to make this work. Documentation is very poor. Look like software written ages ago. I have not given up yet.

Learning curve looks to steep but there may be some interesting aspects to this program. I will post my comments when I have enough exposure to it. There are some interesting indicators included with it but I have no idea of their effectiveness.
