proceedings of CASE 2023, preparations for CASE 2024, & special issue

Dear all,

Please find the draft of the CASE 2023 @ RANLP proceedings on https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0vjxkovuqo5d58yg7c9ds/CASE2023-draft-proceedings.pdf?rlkey=ejo5023w4h008etzs7wyrouxt&dl=0. It is only generated to have the papers ready for the day of the workshop. Many other details are missing. We are working with the RANLP organization committee for the final version. Feel free to upload your papers to a preprint server like arxiv.

We have already proposed the workshop for 2024 to ACL etc. We should hear about the outcome at the end of September. Please let us know 

1- If you are joining us for the organization and/or program committee.

2- If you have a shared task idea for CASE 2024 (the setup may be ready or you would like to get support from our community)

3- If you have any keynote speaker suggestions (self promotion is more than welcome)

We are working on a special issue in a scientific journal in the scope of the CASE event series. We are planning to complete a proposal in October. Please let us know if you would like to collaborate (editorial, organization, reviewing, etc.) on this topic. If you have relevant work you would like to submit to this special issue, please share a title and a short abstract (we can provide this information in the proposal).
