Hi all,
I need to extract along-tract fractional anisotropy values for patients' dentatorubrothalamic tracts. I don't see the FA values for that tract included in the .csv file generated from using myafq.export("profiles"), and was wondering if there was any way I could retrieve this data using pyAFQ.
