afq.mat file not appear in afq output

Hi everyone,
After running pyAFQ, I do not have a nodes.csv or a afq.mat folder in the afq output folder after it finishines running. I only have a tractprofiles.csv.
I am thus unable to proceed by assembling afqbroswer, which expects a .mat folder. Does anybody know why this might be happening, and did anyone run into a similar issue/have a solution?
