NaN for FA value but tractography is OK

Hello experts and users of AFQ,

I have got NaN for FA value in some tracts like CST, ATR, but I can still get MD, RD, AD. And I checked the tractography result of CST and ATR, they have sufficient number of streamlines and also look good.

Anyone knows what the problem is and solutions, please?
