AFQ MultiCompCorrection with crawford t-test

Dear AFQ experts 

I have a problem with  AFQ_MultiCompCorrection scrip (permutation method). 

I´m comparing a single subject against a matched control group using AFQ. I was able to implement a Crawford t-test to do the statistics but I don´t know how to implement it for the multiple comparisons correction in order to calculate the minimum cluster size needed to be significant  (i.e. multiple comparison correction). 

As I understood the AFQ_MultiCompCorrection.m just works for ttest and corr. Any one knows how to implement Crawford in this script (I attach Crawford script)?. Is there any easy way to do it? My programming skill are very limited.
