I'm being asked for a supermetrics password that I don't think I've ever had. I log in using my google analytics account password. I keep clicking cancel, but the dialogue keeps re-opening. There is no link to change a password, and no way on the site to reset it.

This software isn't free, and it is a little ridiculous that I can't get in touch with support when it isn't working correctly.

You don't need a password for any of our tools. Can you include a screenshot?

You can just ignore that prompt, the password is not required for using the tool. Why it's appearing on some machines is a bit mysterious, the only reason we know of is that it can be caused by an Excel bug when Google Desktop has been installed.

Is there a way to force quit the dialogue box?  I can't "ignore" it because clicking cancel just makes it pop up again. I tried ending the task in my task management, but that didn't work either.

In which situation does this appear? Does it always appear in the same situation? Which OS, OS version and Excel version?
