Adform Connector

I'm curious to know specifically what the limitations on the Adform connector are and what are my chances are of getting these increased. 

From what I have pieced together the following restrictions apply.

• limited to 500 Requests per day
• Limit to 3000 rows per request
• Limit of 1 year max of data

So my questions are;

1. Does a query within Supermetrics = 1 request or can a single query within supermetrics potentially equal many requests?
2. Are these limits imposed by Adform or Supermetrics, if I appeal to Adform to increase the limits on the API associated with my account will Supermetrics still enforce them?
3. Are there other restrictions of note that I have missed?
