AdWords Ad Placement data with Data Grabber Google Analytics Module

In the Google Analytics "Acquisition > AdWords > Display Targeting" Web report I can see my managed placements data.  But using the Data Grabber Google Analytics module, I get no data for "dimension = Ad Placement Domain" and "metric = Ad clicks".  Is this supported?

Please run the exact same query with Google's API tool at https://ga-dev-tools.appspot.com/explorer/. If results differ from ours, please post screenshots of query parameters and results in both our tool and Google's.

The Google query tool also returned no results.  After some experimentation it turns out I had to use sessions as the metric rather than ad clicks.  Even though the Web report shows ad clicks it must not be supported in the API.
