Bing - Account ID?

Hello,

I was hoping to ask where the numbers at the beginning of the "Accounts/views" value come from for Bing Ads data pulls?

With AdWords pulls, the value listed before the account title is the CID of the account; but for Bing pulls the numbers don't match the XID,.. and I can't seem to find where they originate.
