Forbidden Error 403 for FasterMetrics

Hi,

We are using FasterMetrics to fetch data from GA. However, we found the API is not stable sometimes, it sometimes returns a "403 Forbidden Error". Are you familiar with this issue? Could it be due to certain limits/quota issue for pulling data from Google Analytics?

Where does that error occur? Is it an Excel error? Never seen anything like that before. Very unlikely this would have anything to do with Google Analytics, more likely a firewall issue on your network or something similar.
