Hi there,

My spreadsheets is no longer loading, and the formulae reporting the error "Unknown function: 'Supermetrics'. The script editor still includes the Supermetrics functions which are given in the Supermetrics google sheet template. I've attached a screen shot of the spreadsheet. Any help on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
Hannah

Try opening the Supermetrics add-on in that file.

This doesn't help - When I refresh the queries using the add-on, nothing changes. It still comes up with a #NAME? error, saying "Unknown function"

Is there anything particular I'm supposed to do when I launch the supermetrics add on?

Is the function name exactly the same on the spreadsheet and the Script editor? It's case-sensitive.

The function names are exactly the same, and are the same cases as in the template.

Weirdly the spreadsheet worked last week, and now doesn't. We haven't made any changes to it.

No idea what could cause this, sounds like an issue with Google Sheets and not our product.

Could you share the sheet with in...@supermetrics.com to help us investigate the issue?

Go to Tools: Script editor, select any function from the dropdown, click play, approve permissions, reload spreadsheet.
