Hi

I'm getting the following error message

Error:Cannot call method "indexOf" of null.

This is only happening on 2 out of the 3 accounts I manage.
All the sheets are set up exactly the same, and they all use the same GA/AW email address

Any Ideas?

Thanks
Sindy

Can you temporarily share a sheet that has these errors with in...@supermetrics.com? Thanks.

Hi

Sorry I can’t share the sheet with you as it’s sensitive info ….

Is there any other way?

Thanks

Sindy

We already did some changes that should at least return a more descriptive error message. Without access to the query, it's difficult to do more at this point. Please post back here if you still get errors with these queries.

Seems like it’s just deleted parts of my query so it couldn’t refresh.

I’ve had to rebuild the whole query again…..which is a slight concern as we have these reports made for the whole JD Group

Can you include a full screenshots of everything the SupermetricsQueries sheet so we can see what's happening? You can email these to in...@supermetrics.com if you don't want to post them here.

What happens if you refresh all those queries now?

Still getting the same error for the sheets I’ve not yet rebuilt

For the sheets I have rebuilt, it works fine

Hi Mikael

Let me know if you still need me to test anything else with the below?

Otherwise I’m going to start rebuilding the sheet

Thanks

Sindy

Can you try refreshing the queries individually to see which of them returns the error?

Are you sure you can't share the file just temporarily with us? We could probably solve this is in a few minutes.

Thanks for sharing. For some reason, all of the "[" and "]" characters are missing from your file, someone has probably run a replace all command that has removed them. This causes problems with the query configuration that's stored on the SupermetricsQueries sheet. To fix, you will need to add those characters back or recreate the queries using the sidebar.

Is there a quick way to identify where I need to add the [ ] back into the queries?

You could run one new query and use that as an example.

How do I remove your access from the sheet?
