Query stuck at 37%

I've been trying to refresh 2 queries for Adwords and Bing, but they are stuck at 37%.

I use similar, almost same query in other files and they are able to refresh without any problems.
I could create exactly same query in new file and build report in that file again, but when I try refresh them next day, they stuck at 37% again.

Please respond this asap as I don't have any workaround process.

Thanks,

Our logs show no problem with your queries. If this is still occurring, please share the file with in...@supermetrics.com so we can test.

I sent email with the file attached.
Could you investigate this asap? as I can't use that report at the moment...

Thanks,

The problem seems to be that it takes many minutes for Google to add that much data to a sheet. It takes so long that our add-on starts trying to rerun the query, and then starts adding the data again to the sheet, and then that is slow and it tries again etc.

We will see what we can do, possibly reporting this to Google so they may try to improve the speed. But to get this working right now, you can simply fetch the data on weekly or monthly level. The problem is that you are fetching it by date, so there's a huge number of rows.

I changed query to weekly level, but now it stuck at 95%...
In Query management tab it said updated, but in actual sheet query is still refreshing and shows nothing.
(It pulls data but few mins later it's going back to refreshing... even status shows updated)

Ideally I want pull daily data, and weekly is the longest time range that I'd go as monthly is too long to track accounts performance. Please let me know if I can use supermetrics for this report or not..
