Disable Charging?

I realize this would be an advanced type of setting, but if at all possible I would like to create an automated flow to disable charging when the battery reaches 90% so as to prolong the life of the battery - i.e. if "When power source plugged" and "When battery level 90-100" then "Disable Charging."

I know there is a flag for this in android but not sure how accessible it is.  Anyone have thoughts on how to do this?  I would of course also need a second flow to enable charging when plugged in and any battery level below 90. 

If anyone knows how to create this functionality, I'd appreciate it.
