Any idea to autorize "access screen content and observe your actions"

Hi,
I have installed a best rom android 9.0 and impossible to authorize "access screen content and observe your actions" ?
when i click, menu parameters open but i don't find...

Go into system Accessibility settings and enable Automate.

when i try this method system says:"
because one of the applications is interfering with a license application the settings can not check your answer" (or something similar /its translated from hungarian/)
i tried switch off some apps and all other downloaded services off so i havent clue why i cant enable automate :(

any tip how can i fix this issue? its (android 9.1 non rooted)

ps: as its a non rooted device i used adb for granting permissions like sms etc.. any chance if i can do with adb?

Try disabling any screen dimming/overlay apps, as the may interfere with certain buttons.

Nope. With version 9 go to 'Accecabillity' options, look to thr bottom for 'installed services'. Select it. From list find your service app enable it. Now to can monitor. Done.

Same problems here, for standard the automate open accessibility, but in that phone (LG K41S), that option is in other place. I Check the all options in other part of the software, but after grant all, the program not accept permissions for other places and when i click to check back to accessibility and not read my last grant... but all grant is active, i dont know what i need to do =/
can help me please?

On wherever system setting screen the option to enable the Automate accessibility service are, it has to be enabled.

thx for everything.
 I found the problems, in that phone the user used Working Account google, that account type block everything in the phone, after delete it worked all permission
