Skip Initial Android Setup

Hello, does anyone here know how to skip the initial setup? In older versions of Android, the hack was to tap four corners starting at the top left corner. However, it does not seem to work for my current version (4.4). I'm working with many tablets, and it would be nice to skip setting up the language, wifi, etc. Any ideas?

Use the System settings set block with category "System" and name "Setup wizard has run" and value 1.

What about when the tablet does not have Automate installed? When the tablet is right out of the box, when you turn it on, there is the initial setup. At that point, Automate is not installed, and USB debugging is not enabled. Is there anyway to skip the very first initial setup?
