Help with loop

Is there a way to stop a flow, I've tried rebooting my phone and it keeps restarting in a loop and I can't get back into the app.

I've created a flow to start Waze, Torque and Tunein, got each app working individually but have to manually minimise each app so the next in sequence opens which I could do with some help on, think somehow I set up an infinite loop and now I can't get out of it.

Finally got it to end by uninstalling TuneIn which then crashed the loop, how do I get it to exit but not close Torque and TuneIn, I'm manually using the back button so they are sent to the background I'm guessing there is a command for that but it need to wait until TuneIn has started playing the radio otherwise it closes the app.

Was it Automate or TuneIn that crashed?

If it was Automate, did you see a "stopped by failure" notification and message in Automate?

Thanks for your help with this, I've uploaded my flow, nothing crashed it was just stuck in a loop, your other posting on the safe mode was really helpful, just need help now closing the apps so they are running in the background while driving and then exiting when I get out of the car.
