Wi-Fi Calling block

I live in remote area with starlink, when i call to a number i always turn on the wifi calling. In Samsung there is no desktop widget for it. Is there a way to turn on this via automate?

There could be some steps to turn it on:

1. Enable Wi-Fi block

2. Turn on WiFi calling with ADB

3. Interaction block to auto WiFi call

4. Don't call if WiFi is not on
