voice recognition on incoming call

Speech recognition block works on my phone version of android 4.22, however if put downstream of incoming call block, the string of recognition always null ( via log append block).

I have tried set ringer mode block to silent, even speakerphone block off, microphone block off, no use.

Very few, in any, devices can recording the "In call" audio stream, for speech recognition or otherwise, since it's illegal in many countries.

I am not trying to record the "In call" audio stream, but make my phone  answer an incoming call via recognition of my own "answer / reject" voice command in driving, though as I posted:

The Speech recognition block doesn't have an "audio stream" option, it always use the mic.
Does the Speech recognition block work if you're not in call, or have a call ringing?

The Speech recognition block works if not in call ( what i said shall be appended to the log), and when a call is coming, it just ignores whatever.

I programmed to loop back to the recognition block and continued talking until not null, and it always exited the loop after the call was ended.

Android probably disabled the mic from apps as soon as a call is ringing, i.e the call state isn't "idle".
Sadly there's not much i can do about that.

But it is weird, it seems to work on most phones.
