Seriously? Adware alert version Automate 1.48.0?

I just updated to version 1.48.0 of Automate, and now my security program, G DATA Mobile Security, is telling me that PUA.Stalk.SpyApp adware has been detected:

This message was not present in version 1.47.3, so I wanted to ask if this is a false positive or if there is something behind it?

This happen sometimes you could ignore it and if this is false you should report it.

False positive. Got another such report.

I wonder if some disgruntled user has flagged the app somewhere, as i don't see how any of the new features could cause such false positive matches everywhere, especially since the update has already passed Googles' extensive review.
