Having trouble with Cloud Send and recieve.

I'm trying to make an automate community-like service with the cloud send and recieve blocks, to test my knowledge about automate cloud messaging, but im having some trouble. Since i dont have a phone, i figured out about the Cloud Endpoint website, and it was great for sending messages, so i checked out the code and used the syntaxes used to actually send messages and it was really good at sending messages. The bad part was i couldnt figure out how to make it RECIEVE cloud messages, therefore i could only have a 1 way connection and the client for my automate community (The flow) could not post anything to the server because of the one way thing. Can anyone help me with this

Only a client (Android) device can receive (Firebase) cloud messages. It's not and cannot be used as a webserver, e.g. for receiving "messages", you need to host your own.
