Automate version 1.21.2's "app start shortcut" bug on android 10

I have a flow(community link) that was created on android 7 . I captured the shortcut inside an app(same as the guide in the help document).

The flow could run on android 9 flawlessly, but on android 10, it failed.

And when I edit the flow, it popup a window says

Read error
This flow uses App start shortcut or plug-in blocks that contain data which couldn't be read, you'll have to reconfigure those blocks.

The log didn't include the relevant failure. Please try again just after you've run the flow, and seen the failure in the flow log. Also, please email me the log at in...@llamalab.com instead.
