I need to start a flow (that will make some system tweaks) each time after reboot my device, in other words - how start a flow when system startup?

Use the "Broadcast receive" block with the "Boot completed" action.

Maybe I do something wrong... but I made flow with "Broadcast receive" block with the "Boot completed" action:

But when device reboot nothing happens

Make sure you have enabled the "Run on system startup" settings.
To keep the flow running after every reboot, you should make a loop by creating a path from the OUT dot on the last Shell command to the IN dot on the Broadcast receive block.

Flows don't need to be restarted after boot, they will continue where they was at shutdown.
If you want to do something explicitly at boot, use the Broadcast receive block with the "Boot completed" action.

Quite a lot time later, but I still don't get it.

I don´t know WHERE to put the "broadcast receiver" block.
I need to start a flow that ends after a few operations (delete whatsapp backups), and I don't need it running in background until next reboot.
