Bluetooth set state block failure

Dear Henrik,

I don't know why it is not longer working - there was no Android update last time,
just newer version of Automate installed.

I get the following error if I try to set the Bluetooth state to on/off:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to bind the service

Galaxy A50, Android 11

This bug should have been fixed in Automate version 1.38.3.
