Pydroid 3 and opencv

Pydroid3 has support for a vast amount of tools I would like to be able to pass a image to pydroid3 and return data. I'm thinking something like writing a webserver in flask for pydroid but that would make integrating some tools tricky. It would be nice if I could supply a URI to start pydroid with a script but I feel like I need to reach out to pydroid devopers for this. I would like to have it refined so that I could interact with the pydroid terminal using blocks so the interpreter has less setup overhead.

I don't know how pydroid is integrated with Android but if it installs regular binaries then try using the Shell command block.
