metered wifi

Hi, any way I can control the switches under Settings->DataUsage->...->NetworkRestrictions in order to set my home wifi network to act as a metered connection (Android 6.0.1)? I have a satellite internet service with an extremely low data cap, but get "bonus bytes" during certain hours overnight.  I'd like to have things (Play store updates, system updates, anything that gives a wifi-only option, etc) auto-download, but rather it did so at night so not to use my data cap up, and this seems like a possible solution.

Sadly no, it doesn't look like it's a simple settings.
