location get when change

i probably do something wrong 

and the location get ignore the minimum distance parameter,
the flo
1. location get  when change

2.  convert to location name
3.  log location-name
4. go to 1

the flo never stops at 1 
 i am stand still at my desktop or out side where i can see the sky   and 

i  tried  1000 meters andd 250 meteres and several option for the location-provider options
the distance is 0- i added some block to duble check and  verify that i am not dreaming

Indeed, it seems like Google must have change how their location API works, try toggling the Google Play service option in Automate settings. I'll investigate.
