How to auto restart an app when it closes?

I'm trying to create a flow to auto open an app when the user closes it by mistake or not. I want to keep the app active at all times.
I've managed to auto open the app on startup but I can't see how to identify the app closing to trigger the new flow.
Can someone help me? Thanks

Use the App in foreground block to detect then an app is no longer in the foreground.

Regular app aren't allowed to detect when an app running in the background is stopped.
