switche to speaker mode

How can I make it so that every time a phone call comes from a specific number, the phone’s audio automatically switches to speaker mode:

1. While the phone is ringing, before I answer the call

2. During the call, after I have answered the call

First would be  a flow like:

1. Flow beginning
2. Call incoming: Proceed=When ringing
3. Speakerphone set state: enable
4. (connect #3 OK to #2 IN)

Second would be a flow like:

1. Flow beginning
2. Call incoming: Proceed=When answered
3. Delay: 1
4. Speakerphone set state: enable
5. (connect #3 OK to #2 IN)

However as the documentation say, "Note! Although an official Android feature, may not work on all devices."

it seems that my phone probably doesn't support it.
