Sort an array in the "natural" order

Is it possible to sort an array in the "natural" order?
1 goes before 5, 5 goes before 10.

A goes before Z.

A1 goes before A5, A5 goes before A10, A10 goes before B1.

Not unless the "collator" for the specified language does so, i.e. use "lc" as flags.
