Would someone please suggest how to format an http post block

That is equivalent to:

curl -F "value=55" -H "X-AIO-Key: aio_OJhq152eZkgP8H1mOE" https://io.adafruit.com/api/v2/cfraser/feeds/test/data

Try HTTP request:

• Request URL:  https://io.adafruit.com/api/v2/cfraser/feeds/test/data
• Request method: POST
• Request content type: Web form
• Request body= { "value": 55 }
• Request headers= { "X-AIO-Key": "aio_OJhq152eZkgP8H1mOE" }

If that doesn't work then try:

• Request URL:  https://io.adafruit.com/api/v2/cfraser/feeds/test/data
• Request method: POST
• Request content type= "multipart/form-data;boundary=BoUnDaRy"
