network type? block bug

when running
network type ?proceed=<when changed> , network types=<mobile,wifi> the block dows not fill change in the situation:
  where mobile is on , and  i toggle the wifi on and off . it stay on mobile and does not fill that wifi changed to on 
 
2.the current_network_ type_name  for network type=none is empty and the
    current_network_ type is1073741824

1. That's as expected, since the condition hasn't changed, i.e. it's "true" when only mobile is on, and still "true" when both mode and wifi is on.
   
2. That's correct.
