Restart ADB in TCP mode

Reading about ADB on Automate, I saw that clicking on Restart ADB in TCP mode can help reliability; where should I click on that? I didn't find it neither on Automate nor in my phone settings. Where should I click it? Or it's enough to run `adb tcpip 5555` after enabling over wifi and pairing the device?

In Automate setting, while ADB is selected as staring method.

Yes, on Android 10+, and as said, when the ADB is selected as privileged service start method.
